The Artist... David Sample has been painting and illustrating for over 25 years, and likes to specialize in aviation themes.  Having served in the United States Navy as an Illustrator for over 13 years, and two tours with the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron the  Blue Angels, David has a strong understanding and love for aviation.  He continues to work with the United States Navy in a civilian capacity that keeps him close to the aviation community.  His work is exhibited throughout the Navy and civic organizations as well as galleries and private collections around the world.   He is a member of the American Society of Aviation Artists.
